It’s the responsibility of the Department to ensure the availability of quality drugs to the public and the market is free from counterfeit, spurious and substandard drugs and no drugs are sold at a price higher than the retail price marked on the container.

All the Medical Shop Licensees (Whole Sale/Retail/Godown/Restricted/Poison etc including Hospitals) are required to download the proforma for online registration of their shops and submit the same (duly filled) to the respective Drugs Inspector on or before 05/03/2012.
